Salade Composée, Day 7, Smoked Salmon
Ingredients:
- smoked salmon (I got mine from Trader Joe's)
- reduced fat cottage cheese
- shredded carrot
- sliced cucumber
- fresh heirloom tomato from your generous neighbor's yard
- edamame
- salt & pepper
- Arrange ingredients on a plate and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
