Hello, I'm Cammy. I (mostly) follow the South Beach Diet, which consists of lean protein, whole grains, and lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I love to cook but hate to clean, so I'm thankful for my husband who gladly trades his mad dishwashing skills for a home-cooked meal. Food that's good for you can also look and taste good.
